Here's one witnessed at a recent Fayette County, GA meeting.
During the meeting a cell phone rang. Since the cell phone owner was waiting for a call from her daughter to say she had arrived at her destination, she answered her phone- then promptly handed over a dollar to the meeting speaker. They have a meeting rule - cell phone calls during a meeting require a $1.00 dontation to the kitty! Very clever!!
